The turnover is horrific, again in my opinion, perhaps due to Dozier&#039;s madman (my opinion) sessions of screaming at associates about anything and everything.  In my opinion, clients are billed for worthless meetings to pay for Dozier&#039;s shiny red fancy mobile.&lt;/p&gt; </description>
