CentCom does cover Afghanistan too. It is true that NATO Forces are &quot;in charge&quot;, but EuroCom general is only involved administratively as the NATO top General. It was Gen Franks that commanded  in Afghanistan in 2001. 

EuroCom used to used to also cover Africa. It might still cover the Horn of Africa.</description>

		<description>I predict that Petreaus will one day run for President.  If he can turn around Iraq and at least help make it appear that we &quot;won,&quot; I think he&#039;s got a good chance. Many times I watch the news and wonder while watching the candidates &quot;how can this be our best?&quot;  Patreaus is actually someone I could consider to be a honnorable person and worthy of sending money to for a campaign.  Thus far, I&#039;ve seen no candidate I would send money to.</description>
