What is really discomforting is that currently the US has sent $3 Million of our tax dollars to China and over $14 Million, plus pledged another $9.5 Million to Burma?? What gives? are we not so secretly seeing China as such a rival that anything that holds them back is fair game. Interesting that private donations $60M and Saudi Arabia $60M are the bulk of donations to China...</description>
