		<description>I&#039;ll agree and add the outrageous criticism of Rwanda. 
The government there (which has rebuilt a country that was devastated from the bottom up by genocide and civil war) is criticized for countless imperfections most African countries would dream to have by Western NGO&#039;s and governments.  They claim its one of the worse regimes on human rights in Africa, despite the incredible economic, education and infrastructure advancements made in the past 10 years. Is Kagame and co. perfect? Certainly not. Are they better than Mugabe, Mbeki and the others working hard to ensure Africa stays in the Gap? Definitely.
