A friend of mine — who’s day job is at a very large and well respected software company — is also trying to improve website owner-user communication through creating a web applet which allows MSN or “google talk” style communication, without the need for private accounts. We are working hard everyday to deliver what customers need. Every few weeks, we are going to have a new version. The new version will automatically update once you open the console.

For this new version, we changed the operator logo color to be more prominent, you can now see, online (green), busy (red) and away (yellow). Another feature many customers want are to show the pages that visitors are visiting and referring page (like search engine, etc). One cool feature is that you can now change audio device for the Voice chat (VOIP), be any Microphone or headset you like.
