I tried to watch The Godfather, Part III, once, and I regretted it.
I think the helicopter attack was the Godfather equiavelent of jumping the shark — or nuking the fridge [1].
Being told that it wasn’t that bad for a mafia film is like hearing that your grandfather’s snuff film is fine for the genre: hardly helpful!
