As it&#039;s a public-domain image with a tagline, presumably one could download a high-quality scan of &#039;Washington Crossing the Delaware&#039; [2] and then add the text in Paint.net [3].

		<description>Instead of worrying about proportionality of casualties, we&#039;d be better off worrying about proportionality our own response. Helping Gazan refugees get out (with thorough searches of their belongings for weapons) and resupplying Gazan hospitals (including outside staff who aren&#039;t Hamas sympathizers), all under Red Cross/Red Crescent auspices might be a good start.</description>
