As I wrote elsewhere [1]:

Obama’s foreign policy successes may just be a function of Hillary Clinton’s power-of-appointment within the State Department. All areas of foreign policy outside of Hillary’s purview appear to be going disastrously

Now the question is.. was I wrong to trust in Obama’s incompetence [2], or did some ‘once in a century’ fluke lead to this outcome?

Heh – President Sarkozy should seize the opportunity and give Brown a copy of VLC, an open-source region-free DVD program originally developed by students at the École Centrale Paris. [1,2]

At least then brown could watch the movies on his laptop!

So much for the supposed tech-savvynes of the Obama Administration. There is a big difference between having a blackberry on your waste and having a feel for how technology and technology infrastructure all interact and interrelate.
