The “Journal of 5GW” stuff is just spitballing on how to keep the discussion going.
It might be nice to at least try a 5GW blog carnival twice a year.
As for this book…one more for my ever growing Amazon.com wish list!

The book is great — about a 3 hour read.
I definitely hope we can keep the ball rolling, to prevent the term from being hijacked, if nothing else!

More hijacking is occurring [1].
You have to give them credit for figuring how to make money off 5GW though.
